Some industry council? Certianly not waste and recycling, transport or composters for that mater. These being groups I am heavily involved in.
What about current green energy? As far as I know most have not been contacted and to add for their sake most of the green energy companies I have dealt with are doing it really tough.
There has been very minimal industry consultation of any kind.
