For me I have considered selling because of unkept promises and the probability of it happening again. What's the point of having resources if promises are made but not kept?

We need real progress, real targets, real due dates. Two year targets with no clear plan are no good to me.

And all the while we come closed to running out of cash and needing another capital raising.

I'm not selling just yet, just sharing the cause of the sentiment. If people felt a JV was likely they would not be selling, but obviously people feel it's unlikely with the unclear plan from management.

Probably more clear guidance exactly how and when they will achieve positive cashflow from these assets is the news the SP needs.
