Lynas are not selling it to Forge they are selling it to Nick himself.
He will personally own 63% of Forge and therefore the Crown deposit if this goes thru.
As Executive Chairmnan of both companies he shouldn't just "do the right thing" he should be "seen to do the right thing."
At the moment I just don't see it, and when you factor in questions regarding his motivations in the past the picture just gets murkier.
Nick is a very wealthy man so I don't think he is interested in an extra $5-10 million.
Just the fact that he is passing this off as immaterial when he himself stands to be the biggest benificiary of the deal by a significant margin I find insulting. When he stands to benefit so much he owes the shareholders a very clear and detailed explaination.
