re: cs energy make $2.5 mill and get the hell out
On your points,
Institutions always buy into any company for free/cheap stock, they would be mad not to.They can also take profits and they probably will, as they are doing in other CBM companies at the moment. The MD has said they have 1800 new shareholders at a minimum of $2000 each thats $3.6 million or probably 10 million shares all mums and dads. Ad to this the traders probably another 10 million shares and the turnover is not that great. I see also elph have bought 8 million. They are in up to there eyeballs so will support. Directors buying as well. Where are the institutions in the market?
I can't see any and no substabtial shareholder notices have been issued so if they are in, they are getting in for the cheap ones.
Sentinel same point as above, as you say it's probably worth 35c so buying at 25c is just to easy and makes your fund bottom line look good.
Directors are obliged to take up rights issues, if there are free/cheap shares on offer. Same response as above. The director is just taking easy money. Good on him I would to. But what if he sells his outlay cost after getting new shares and just keeps the profit in shares?
Did the last contract expire because of non performance on delivery on QGC's part?
If it did, CS probably thought well after spending $5 million on Berwyndale and no delivery to the contract we don't want to renew unless you buy us out of Berwyndale for X and then we will give you a "subject to contract". Otherwise you are on your own. Once again an institution is saying if it isn't free or cheap for us why would we bother.
You must do a full analysis of the information provided, not presume because someone on HC has said high turnover equals institutional support or diectors buying means the stock has good fundamentals.
