You are entirely missing the point.
The only clout No voters (Coastal) have is the risk to TPG that they would face a more negative outcome than share holders if the vote went against them.
Following this, there is almost no downside for TPG and the other creditors.
The risk is now almost entirely in shareholders hands (as usual the little guys get done).
Only a fool would call this 'bluff', because its no bluff at all.
Basically, if you ever want to see anything remotely close to 10cents any time soon, we now need an overwhelming YES vote (that is more than 75%).
