    FY2006 PE for AUO of 3.3x, CEY 8x

    There are benefits to AUO shareholders (less risk, competent management) - but not enough of a premium.

    Want $1.50 at least. I will reject this offer.

    Those who accept the offer early gain no advantages over those who accept it late.
