I am as frustrated as anyone but if all the deals on the table had actually fallen through there would be an obligatory ann.

Assuming the deals do fall through, we have a JV earning income, the Harrison wells PLUS a high interest rate on the note.

Consider just the note. If someone offered you a $120m, interest bearing CHK note for say $75m would you forget about share trading for while an buy it? I would if I had that sort of money or credit!
