A mandate for SCE to Issue 225 million shares, effectively doubling the shares on issue.
SCE has a twelve month price target on PBT of $1.15. Could see that easily with the $38 Million required to coplete phase 2b trials of PBT 2.
has the trail gone cold, or are SCE still working on this. Any body have any answers.
