If the result in Japan is only of the same result as Three Mile Island then the nuclear industry will boom.

In retrospect there were NO deaths after the USA situation and the total emotional over reaction has left the USA twenty years behind in nuclear application, and in fact producing 4/5% of their needs

Everyone is going to have to equate what is going to happen worldwide in the nuclear industry

I would like to know what the rabbiting posters feel about the chemical and petrochemical effects are going to be regarding the of burning refineries ,storage plants, plastic everywhere ,etc,etc. It could have far worse implications on the populace and remember, at the time of this post there has been no meltdown as such
