    3c a bit harsh but you never now. problem is the scenario unfolding isn't cut n dry, there wont be an announcement for many weeks or months regarding the full damage. Thats uncertainty, not good. Also they have a history of transparency problems so the whole nuclear industry will be on edge for a long time
