You are correct. Anyone posting any negative news about the nuclear disaster in Japan is just trying to push the share price down so that they can buy more PEN shares at a cheaper price. Can't think of any other reason why they would want to post such terrible things on a public discussion forum.
And anyone posting only positive news is not trying to ramp up the share price and prevent panic selling on Monday to protect their share portfolio. They are only trying to share good news to make everyone feel better.
Not a worry in the world. PEN shares will skyrocket on Monday because of the news you mentioned that was released last week and is already publicly available info.
