A knee-jerk reaction tomorrow will ensure all U stocks are sold down. However, the tragic events unfolding in Japan will only serve to sift the better U stocks from the rest of the pack. Any impact to the U price will validate the sifting process and PEN will settle on top due to its low cost operation.
