We all know this is a terrible disaster but could Blue Gen be part of the solution. Apparently 15% of the electric infrastructure will not be available for years. What other technolgy would be availble to provide electricity now!. I do believe nuclear is the only solution to global warming but when a disaster hits a centralised power system eg QLD, Japan or NZ we can all see the consequences. It really says decentralised is the only way to go.
