I do not quite understand what is going on there. I know, that the company does not care for the moment about its share price and that they have angered one of big shareholders who threatened to sell them down to 3c. A fact which is a common knowledge (there was an announcement about trip to London) is, that they want cash for starting production but will not lose control of the company to get it. Can't really say any more than that...
