Buying " opportunities " may be around a while IMO .
A second reactor explosion has taken place . To me it looked worse than the initial one and Japanese authorities have warned people in the 20km exclusion zone to stay indoors .
I agree stocks will recover but think they will be under selling pressure until there is some substantial improvement in controlling the meltdown , which is currently classed as stage 4 . Three Mile island was a stage 5 and Chernobyl stage 7 .
