I am sure it was a religious procession of sorts, slogans being religious chanting, bloody and disgusting to us, particularly when they cut into the scalps of children - I am just disputing that it took place in a European city - in this particular instance 'Vienna' my beloved home city - which does have 200 000 Muslims in a city of over 2 1/2 million. There is also the added proviso that such mutilations are more likely to be a sect-specific rite, such as Shia (Wasabi), who are a minority.
So I immediately took a closer look and did various Google searches in both English and German and found no reference on the net, except some examples of political demonstrations in Vienna, where the Muslims dress pretty much like everybody else and loiter rather than march in this frenzied way.
All I am saying, beware of anything on U-Tube, it's very easy to cheat, superimpose a few pictures etc. - this procession has most likely taken place in some Middle Eastern country and the participants are probably some minority sect - maybe Shiites (Wasabes) and some pictures of European cities included at the beginning.
I believe - but need to confirm this - the Police would have stopped the assault on the young children, had this taken place in a European city. I'll talk to my overseas friends later this afternoon.
I could be totally wrong and will post a correction, should that video be factual.
