Increased Liquidity is a whole lot better than Constrained Liquidity (aka GFC).
QE is designed to kick start economic recovery, you may not agree but Germany has definitely benefited.
Also increased liqiuidity is designed to boost financial markets.
We can discuss the merits of the dangers posed, but really what other choice was available after GFC debacle?
