Finally an unbiased media report - On 'A Current Affair' tonight Tracey Grimshaw asked Karl Stefanovic, who was reporting from Japan, about the nuclear problems. Paraphrasing their conversation, she remarked, "We're hearing a lot of conflicting stories about meltdowns and the possibilities of radiation from the nuclear power plant. What can you tell us about this?"
He replied, "Well all the experts are saying that there is no significant radiation damage, however, if you lived near any of the damaged reactors, you'd be worried by the action being taken."
As long as anti-uranium spokespeople can make the most out of a tragedy, the public will be wary.
