PDN on the TSX is down 25% so far at 1:15pm ($3.49). It is definately oversold now (RSI I think at around 19) and I just hope it can recover its loses soon and we don't have to wait another year for it to reach $5.00 again. It makes you think though, you should be careful who constructs these reactors as all it takes is one issue and the whole industry can easily be paralysed for years. I consider Japan as an advanced nation, makes you think what India, Iran, Pakistan and North Korea are doing.
