There will always be an x factor out of left field that drives fear or greed on world stock markets.
At the moment it's unrest in northern Africa and disasters in NZ and Japan.
The tragedy in Japan is truly mind boggling. I lived in Wsshinomiya for a year and have many friends there. Luckily they are all ok, but they are in shock by the sheer magnitude of the death and destruction.
But they tell me that life goes on and slowly but surely they will rebuild.
Theve events - as shocking as they are - will pass. Demand for iron ore and raw products is going to be stronger for longer.
If Sundance goes lower today I will be buying, but my guess is there is strong support around 45 cents.
I'd like to get them lower as I strongly believe in the long term future of sdl, but I will not be holding my breath.
This gloom and doom will pass!
