Gee you know alot about molopo eh!!
If the legal action is what is giving people the heebie jeebies and selling and this is due to Spearfish sale then i'm afraid i cannot agree with you as that was in place before they hit the ground running.
Its like a new government taking the reins after an election it takes time to undo all the wrongs of the previous powers and this does not happen overnight.
The new guys cannot change things overnight i'm afraid nomatter how much the shareholders would like them to!!
