The AAM board is poisonous to AAM's future share price rises and should be rolled but I fear its too late.
A lack of proper disclosure and gutless public allegations mean they are now desperately trying to save their own skins.
The board cant raise capital because they will avoid well known independant mining consultancies and will pursue other agendas.
The board's self-interest overode the requirement for another MD to lead them out of a deepening quagmire.
Soon the CFO will be forced to come clean on the current financials.
