    Time to preserve capital or a buying opportunity? It depends on your circumstances. But the sell off is pure, classic hysteria. So enjoy being alive and watch the volume grow! All those sellers matched by all those buyers! If you can do it without debt, right now PEN is a buy buy buy and NOT a bye bye bye. Don't just hold the fort, extend it if you can.
