re: News: Petsec Investment Spotlight - Terry... Always interesting to listen to TF - it's just unfortunate that his shareholders have so little left of the hundreds of millions that have been raised over the last twenty years.
His current ambitious US plans are going to need lots more share capital and even if he finds somebody to finance China you can be assured they will require a 30% equity contribution of the $37mil ie $11mil from PSA shareholders.
TF might well generate interest in the sp again through his US plans but IMO one should wait until it's been financed - you will then know how many shares have been issued.
