Thanks, but the quality of the posts I have been reading here is pretty high, right at the top for hc imho. I will endeavour not to lower it too much.
Imho the C deal (together with the cash management) is as important for what it infers about strategy and discipline as it is for the explicit impact.
I even like the divi. With the capital return, the buyback and the divi over the next 12 months I figure my 141 ps outlay will have shrunk to the equivalent of about 115 (12 c return, 7 cps buyback equiv, 7 cps divi).
With the higher E&D planned (and warranted) the balance sheet and cashflow no longer looks so lazy. Also nothing is triggering my two most important adverse detectors, the bs and the ego detectors.
