My sense is the main indicator for PEN holders to watch closely is the price of uranium, though trust we don't see too much manipulation. People need to keep a calm head and determine their own risk/gain threshold and for many PEN holders this will depend on their average cost.
I'm holding but with a great deal of trepidation and hoping today was very close to the bottom.
