Nuclear energy has suffered a severe set back. This hits non-producers hard as obtaining CAPEX funding, and environmental permits will be very, very difficult. PEN falls into this category. Many interests in the fossil fuel industry will use this development to suit their own devices. This is what the market has been saying the last 2 days, you can either listen or continue to get cleaned out (though a bounce to 8c may eventuate before she heads down again). 20 -30 million market cap stock for me given developments (add cash on hand to above), will just take time to reach this figure.
