I will be voting for Rocco Tassone. I do not remember voting for the current directors, who do not have any shares in ACU.

They were, however, successful in parting with any remaining stake in bankrupt HBI for free. Perhaps that was not worth much but it it is exactly what was intended by the main rip-off artist Richard Opara, who used to be the major shareholder of ACU.

It is difficult to work out who supports whom but one thing is fairly clear that no one looks after shareholder who are not part of the inner circle.

At least Rocco Tassone is asking our approval for his appointment.

It appears to me that Rocco Tassone is connected with Murdoch Capital, Jason Peterson and Anthony Detata.
They have bought 400 mil shares on 12th Nov 2010, and one could assume they will vote their shares in unison, which ensures them a win.

Mr Chan is currently a Director of Charterhouse Capital and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Masters of International Trade Law. Non Executive Director of Australis Aquaculture Exploration.

The current directors have had ample time to outline their plan for the future of ACU but we have heard nothing.
A fresh start is needed.
