Uranium stock is definitely out of favour in the short and medium term due to the Japan situation. However, IMHO, i believe that the need for uranium will continue to rise - note that just because we have plane crashes, does not mean that no one will fly. It only means, people will learn from it and put in place more stringent measures.
For PEN, i believe is sound but in the short/medium term, it will be out of favour. However, for the long term holders, this is the time to buy if you want to buy a multi-bagger stock.
