    Guess some sophs would be looking at the fine print trying to pull out of the second tranche, but first apparently already settled.

    I management lower the price there will likely be a mass exodus from the company.

    But I guess everyone on here will celebrate if the second tranche gets cancelled, as everyone was upset at being diluted? right?
