Not sure if we will see any new shares issued...

But we may see a capital raising as part of a spin-off of their Tibetan assets.

Lets not forget, ORC are in fact a Diversified Financials group, who just happen to have stumbled accross an opportunity too good to pass up.

Something will need to be sorted out before the project progresses too far in my opinion.

As such, I wouldn't be surprised to see an in-specie distribution to existing shareholders in the new company...perhaps accompanied with a $5m capital raising in the form of an IPO @ 25c. (20m shares)

Some real value in this project.
