I was at the melbourne meeting for me the big surprise was what PC said about the ROW rights, reading a newsletter back in 2004 biota and DS were going to share the development 50:50 but PC went along the lines that DS were not inerested in funding the ROW trials and were more interested in the Japanese market so conducted the trials there and hence are paying a royalty there to biota.

He then said one line of thinking was that biota would pay DS a royalty for ROW if it stumped up the funding, if that includes agency funding as a source that would make it a huge game changer.

No wonder DS isn't interested in funding the trials if biota is looking to screw it over for ROW
