They do have acreage in PA through their first US purchase and I read it as they were planning on doing some drilling there.
The thing that worried me the most is the word MERGER as that means lots more shares to be issued - the current attractiveness of this stock is the fairly tight number of shares on issue of 162.6mil and the fact they have leveraged up the business through Macq Bank - I want that to continue.
I don't mind them buying the Texas leases of AMU but please not the Corporate Shell as I don't want any more shareholders joining in the fun here.
