I'm guessing this would include Natural Gas turbines (Centralised Energy) AND the potential for Fuel Cells also (Decentralised Energy). This horrible disaster in Japan has made Germany (and many countries around the world - except China) seriously reconsider their Nuclear power policies. This could be very positive for Electricity from Natural Gas... and potentially Fuel Cells.
We might see Germany and the UK become very focussed on pursuing Electricity from Natural Gas as a result of this disaster. It could be a great thing for Fuel Cells as they can replace Base-load capacity, via a Decentralised System (i.e. many 1,000's of Fuel Cells in MCHP systems across many 1,000's of Households)
