What is the % of shares required for compulsory acquisition?

KS holds 51% and top 40 hold 75.2% it's probably worthwhile throwing around scenarios where smaller holders get screwed.

Some sort of sweetheart deal with enough of the top 40 to acquire IOH at a discount to fair value?

Someone has been holding this share price down skilfully for some time now and whilst I don't subscribe to conspiracy theories it's possible this is being orchestrated by someone on the inside.
