I think the Chinese will make sure there reactors don't have the serious weaknesses that the old Japanese reactors have.

And when they can satisfy themselves and considering that increasing coal use is not an option for them and renewables will not be able to fill the gap they should realise that continuing their nuclear expansion is the best option

Also EXT should be one of the least affected U stocks - in the worst case , all the marginal producers could go out of business whereas this would just crimp the revenue for EXT (then again it might kill off some of the competition)
