Thanks trim. Right click on your fork and you get a menu specific to the fork. One of the options being "configure Andrews pitchfork." Then you will see a menu (as displayed by erich)
On the right you can tick the check boxes to show up to 4 additional parallels. 100 and -100 are the normal tines of the fork so you need to change to 200 or -200 to get the first warning lines, 300 or -300 for the second warning and pretty much any number you want to capture the price.
I'm not sure if you are aware that you can right click on any trendline or chart item to configure colour, thickness etc.
