The Osiris Myth?
Yep, a myth.
ISIS
Isis was a pivotal goddess in ancient Egyptian religion, revered as the goddess of motherhood, magic, healing, and protection, and was known by her Greek name, while the Egyptians called her Aset. The sister and wife of Osiris, she resurrected him and birthed their son, Horus, who became the protector of the pharaoh. Isis was depicted as a woman, often with a throne hieroglyph on her head, or with the headdress of a cow. Her cult spread throughout the Greco-Roman world, and she remains a significant figure for pagans today.
