No problem, just tryin g to choose between Calgary (too cold), El Paso (not fond of mexican food) and Salt Lake City (not sure that I want knocking on my door 24/7).
When we see interst rates rise, we'll see lots of people who have themselves moirtgaged and loaned out to the hilt get out of the market quickly. There will be some good property to be picked up in the subsequent fire sales.
