i believe that NEO could open at $0.047 with a bullish run,
buy the end of the next session,

the best advise that i can give anyone is wait before you buy or sell,

untill the trend is confirmed,

and we should all be able to see this by lunch time 1400 at the latest.

these are my view's that i'am shareing here and are not tradeing advice,
