I love renting a $650,000 house on Olivers Hill right next to the beach for $1100 PCM. In the mean time my money is making me Shitloads in the Stock market.

Property is for Mugs.....Old Women and the brain dead.

You show me a property that can double in price over a month or two.

Fact....Watch all these "Turkeys" try to exit the property market at the same time when the penny finally drops about a Booming stock market.

The wheels surely do turn slowly but they are picking up speed.

The housing bottom will be in 2007 when property is 50% less than it is currently.
