Hey Skace, did you right a book with something about the "the sky is falling". Those that hold quality real estate will at worst see price growth slow a bit. The way the real estate market runs is that in any street you can have huge variations in prices weekly so there probally wont be that hugh growth on the lasts one that sold and it might take a little longer to move but if you think its going to crash....keep dreaming. The stock market is more likely to crash and the money moved hastely over to pick up any slack in the real estate market. A contrary view yer thats the way i trade too.
