What real estate crash or am I living on another planet. Two houses I am just finishing sub-div and slight reno have gone up 200% in three years another I bought 18months ago has gone from 245000 to 420000 valuations were completed two weeks ago. As i said must be on another planet. The over heated inner city units ...you know the ads with half the page taken up by a half naked girl selling the appartments at outrages prices...yes these will if they have'nt allready come back to reality but if you bought one you probally allready own half a dozen used cars and lots of steak knives.
