its probably fairly good value, they have strong work on the books and the property trust side of things is providing the majority of consistent revenue.
probably oversold but it has a lot to do to win back the investment community. they are hurt by what they have done and disgusted and feel misled.
if the share price does not improve they could consider offloading the property trust side of things but that goes against what all the other trusts have done.
be a nice one for the super fund for yield etc.
