Your question how much is it worth with a TO must have been retorical would be nice if it did a PDN but makes me concerned about what would happen to all my options in this do they become worthless with a TO?
As for drilling in the wet you know more about it than me if it is probable or not excuse my ignorance but I would think it would depend on the soil type/topgraphy and the vehicles off road capeability. (I worked on the tindall airbase but not during the wet I imagine that red dirt would turn to a slippery oozy gunk though)
