re: are these calculations fair? mac bank loves people like you who get gipped into thinking the profit figure is real.
Look at the MAp annual reports, it even says you should take no notice of the profit figure because its made up of revaluations - not true cash figures, but just something made up by the mob at maccas that looks good. The revaluations are superficial and can go up just as easily it goes down for no reason at all.
