As a large sbl holder I am also not a happy camper!

I called sbl office yesterday and asked to speak to Bill. It seems he is overseas "for a few weeks" (presumably in Ghana but the receptionist wouldn't say). I left a message to call me but I'n not holding my breath if he's in Ghana. I also left a message for Scott Funston but no word as yet.

If I do speak to them (or they read this post!) then I will urge them to consider a CR solution that looks after the existing shareholders, possibly a larger rights issue and/or an options issue. At 2.5c I'm sure there would be plenty of interest from existing shareholders if it was exclusively for us. As shareholders, we own the company! We approve payments to the board members. We have a voice and we have teeth!

I'm wondering if it's worth forming an HC shareholders group and bargaining with our conmbined share holdings. Between myself and 4 other HC shareholders I can count over 25 million shares. there must be at least 10x that in total on HC. That's some bargaining power.

I'll be off-line for the next 7 hours but am very keen to pursue this.

    Thoughts?

    K
