How can Beng appeal again? The Cons Court set aside the rights and ordered the DMR to go through the approval process again. This has occurred with the rights at least for E going to Gen and therefore NKP. BS can quote 'disbelieving lawyers' but the DMR has carried out the order of the Cons court, the highest court, so end of story....
