IMO, the drop in SP even before the Japan disaster is because of the NSW election (26/3).
Labour has come out to support the Greens on no CSM. Rightly, MEL is lying low until the election is over except for one community meeting. There is no point in fighting this Labour policy because Liberal will win by a landslide. It is a matter of marking time.
Liberal has stated on record, it will support the CSM industry. We just have to wait for the confirmation of the election results.
Meanwhile it is time to top up.
