Hi all - As you know it is difficult to see the site behind the fence and plant.
HOWEVER I KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A COUNCIL WORKER MOWING LAWNS AND ON SITE WORKERS.
When I was there there was about 6 guys in the paddock, with what appeared to be tools, the grader admittedly was as you said stationary, but something was definately happening opposed to other days Ive been past and all you could see is bags, no people and silent equipment.
